    How do I cancel a unit? To cancel your unit, simply provide us with at least 10 days’ written notice before your next billing date. You can notify us by email, LINE, WhatsApp, or in person. Before moving out, please make sure: The unit is completely empty and clean The lock has been removed You’ve notified us at least 3 days before your intended move-out date Once your unit is inspected, your security deposit will be refunded within 7–14 business days. No forms, no hassle — just let us know and we’ll take care of the rest.

    What items are prohibited from being stored? For safety and legal reasons, the following items are strictly prohibited at Safebox: Flammable or explosive materials (e.g., gasoline, propane, fireworks) Hazardous chemicals or toxic substances Perishable food or live plants Weapons, ammunition, or illegal items Animals or any living beings Cash, jewelry, or irreplaceable valuables Wet items or anything that could cause mold, leaks, or damage If you’re unsure about a specific item, feel free to ask.     Is insurance included in my rental? No. Insurance is optional, but highly recommended for added protection and peace of mind. What does the insurance cover? The policy covers loss or damage to your stored goods from: Fire Theft (with forced entry) Flood (limited to 10%) Accidental damage It excludes prohibited items such as jewelry, cash, vehicles, flammable or corrosive materials, and more. How much does it cost? We offer a simple tiered pricing model: ฿100/month per ฿100,000 of coverage (Maximum coverage: ฿1,000,000) Who provides the insurance? The policy is underwritten by MSIG Insurance (Thailand) PCL, a licensed and trusted insurer. What happens if there’s a loss or damage? If your claim is valid under the policy, MSIG will pay you directly for the value of the insured goods (up to the declared coverage). Can I change my coverage amount later? Yes. You may adjust your coverage at any time by contacting our team. The premium will be updated accordingly. Are there any exclusions? Yes. Excluded items include: Jewelry, watches, or fine art Vehicles, motorcycles, boats Flammable liquids, gas, or chemicals Explosives, weapons, or illegal goods A full list of exclusions is available upon request.
