(Translated by Google) We stored our belongings in a small AC storage unit for a month while we were on a trip to Australia. The process and explanation were straightforward, and there was always a helpful contact person available via WhatsApp. Everything went smoothly. Even at night, we were able to pick up our belongings using the private gate code. Unfortunately, it took a little while for the deposit to be returned to our account, but that's sometimes the case with credit cards. All in all, highly recommended! Thank you! Danke
